I was gonna tell you that they moved (used to be 714 K St.), but I think they were only doing piercings before they relocated, so you probably know.

I got my tongue pierced there back in the day.

Got my nips done at Bonehead Tattoo (K st, near where Sub Q used to be).

Got my tats done at Body Embellished (29th st, I think) - but they were nowhere near custom work.

All seemed like very clean, professional shops.

Stay away from Wild Bill's in Roseville.

I'm going to be doing a large custom piece that covers part of my back, shoulder, and a little of my chest. I want to find a shop that takes a lot of pride in their work and has a good reputation. Thanks for the warning about Wild Bill's

IMO, the best way to find what you're looking for is to visit each one and check out their portfolios :dunno:

Good luck, and post pics when you're done :)

There's a woman who tattoos at Bonehead who did mine, and I hate them.

But other than that I've heard good things about Bonehead...
