Sorry if this has been covered before, I browsed around a little and didn't see anything. My problem is that I'm a college student who is trying to eat healthy while also having 1000 other things to do with my life. What are some good and healthy recipes for food that I could make for lunches / dinners sometime? All too often I am having to eat fast food (Jimmy John's, Fazoli's, etc) because I don't have time to eat healthy. So I am looking for some good recipes of healthy foods that I can start making at my apartment for dinners and lunches that won't require too much time. :x:

get a george forman grill and grill up alot of chicken breasts at once. put them in you r little fridge and they are good for a couple days. same for fish. cottage cheese (fat free or 1%) is good and fast and easy. tuna...food in a can...cant get much more easy or cheap than that. they even have chicken in bags now by the tuna.

Various seasoning packets are good with chicken breast and salmon.

You Sir, are seriously missing out...

A George Foreman grill is awesome, I'm in the same boat as you and I normally grill up a bunch at one time with various seasonings I buy at the local health foods store to keep it interesting. Thos packets of chicken which were previously mentioned are really good and have around 20g protein in one serving.
