Good Progress?

    I think it is probably a bit of progress and a bit of figuring out where I was.

    About a month:

    Bench from about 110 - 150
    Deadlifts from 180 - 230
    Squat from 180 - 260

    Still a fat bastard, but I'm pretty sure my arms look a lil better.

    Is this reasonable ?

    260 squat in a month is pretty good man

    Good progress, keep with it and your lifts will keep soaring for the first few months.
