Any of the "webmaster" type forums are usually ok. In fact, if you domain isn't "high quality" you might be able to make more on places like digitalpoint because they don't know how to properly valuate and might assume it is worth more than it is. Of course you also get the other side with lots of silly lowball offers.

Ebay can also actually work well surprisingly...also a good place to find some pretty decent domains every once in a while.

Two serious places that you can get big cash for quality names:

    http://www.dnforum.com/
    http://www.namepros.com/

But if your domain isn't all that great, trademarked, no traffic and such...you probably won't get many offers or nothing worth while.

Lastly, if it's a really great generic domain or maybe topical of niche and such you could even submit it to the various auctions that go on all the time.
