    I'm looking for a description with pictures/vid of how exactly to do these. I lokked through the archives and the site I found is down (http://www.exrx.net ?). Can anyone help me out here?

    I got the site, I don't know why it didn't work before.

    Position barbell on back of shoulders and grasp bar to sides.

    Bend hips to lower torso forward until parallel to the floor. Bend the knees slightly during the decent. Raise torso until hips are extended. Repeat.

    Any other suggestions in its place? I'm doing the routine christophers posted (Bill Starr Routine), and I've been replacing them because I didn't know how to do them correctly.

    offtopic question, i was looking at the difference between bb vs pl (bench press: how to...) bench variation and i notice the demo showed that the girl lifted her head off the bench throughout the PL variation lift?

    only reason people do that in pl'ing is to watch the bar path with a shirted lift also makes touching easier probably for the same reason
