Are you supposed to go to parallel or no?
I try to go as low as possible without folding over. I usually end up right above parallel.
Good afternoon! just a little above the parallel for me.
Ok, I goto a little above parallel also, wasn't sure if I was suppose to or not.
I can get to parallel but it starts getting painful in later reps.
I go as far as possible down, i find it hard to gauge how close to parralel this is.
I did them as my me movement yeserday and boy are they fucking killing my hammies
is there a .gif of one somewhere?
