Good Mornings making my legs spasm and tremble?

    after doing good mornings when I bend over at all, my hamstrings shake and spasm like crazy. Is this normal or should I do less weight or am I doing something wrong?

    If you're new to doing that exercize then I would say its normal for that to happen. However, if you have been doing them for quite some time, you may want to consider lowering the weight.

    BTW, noticed your AV...no way is Purdue going to the Rose bowl...Either Micheatigain or PSU (as the sleeper in the conf)

    And I've been doing good mornings on Wednesdays for the last 6 weeks. They always have done this.

    Maybe I'm overdoing the weight.

    use less weight. you really don't need to go that heavy in order to get a good workout

    Only b/c their schedule doesn't include MICH or OSU.

    back on topic GMs take a while to get used to, my legs still tremble when I go heavy.

    do you guys with trembling do SLDLs? I never get hamstring trembling, only lower back soreness after either SLDLs or GMs
