Good mornings - Leg position

    Do you bend your legs at the knees when doing this exercise? I find that when the weight gets heavy my knees bend when I go down.

    you bend them only enough to allow the weight to come down

    aka not much

    i wouldnt try doing straight leg GM's with heavy weight. i always keep my legs very slightly bent and lower back arched looking up/forward.

    As long as the bar stays in front of the knees, it's still a gm. If the bar goes behind the knees then you are doing a partial squat.
