Good lifting technique on calf raises?

    My calves (at least to me) are looking stellar and I was wondering what the proper technique for them was. It seems no matter how much weight I do I don't feel shit when I do em'. Thanks.:wiggle::bigthumb:

    explosive concentric
    2-4 second pause to reduce/remove stretch reflex
    controlled negative

    edit: should have specified that the pause is at the bottom of the movement (before the concentric)

    i always make sure i go all the way down, then try to squeeze real hard at the top. gives me a decent burn.

    yeah.. camera angle and I have the biggest calves of people I see that aren't on the sports teams. So, I consider them stellar to myself.
