MMA Good leg stretches?

    For regaining flexability? I was out of the sport for a long while before picking it back up less than a year ago. My legs/high kicks are nowhere close to whre they used to be. What are some good stretches to help get my flexability back?

    only thing i would add is to use your hand as a target for the front/side leg ones, it will help keep you from overextending and hurting yourself. start at an easily reachable level and slowly work your way up to maximum throughout the excersize.

    edit: oh, and skip the whole "hold on to a solid object" crap, work your balance at the same time:bigthumb:
