Which should I get? I see a lot of people talking about tyler grips but I don't know what they are or where to find them. Anything good from elitefts?

    Should I start with 80 or 100lb? I can hold 315 for 5-10 seconds.

start with trainer and #1 I think :dunno:

holding doesnt transfer so much to grip strength

yeah a good static grip doesn't transfer to crush but a good crush seems to transfer to static.

The Beef Builder brand grippers are also very well made. I actually prefer those over the COC's

I got the trainer and #1 as per your advice but I admit I almost never use em... I really should set a schedule and do it 2x a week. I still struggle to close a #1 it kills my fingers. Before I could do it 8-10 reps but as soon as I stop I lose it fast.
