I was wondering too. You might have to look through the sticky threads in this forum. Does anyone know how to play a VCD on Mac? I have a movie that's on a disk in VCD format, I have no idea how to play it in Mac. I downloaded Windows Media Player, but it doesn't work.

I just need to take a ~10GB, 1hr long file (which I assume has little to no video compression) and shrink it down to a size suitable to burning onto a CD. or atleast a DVD. I didn't find anything suitable (for free) for the PC that didn't leave a watermark or some other annoying shit on the encoded video, w/o paying for the progam. I'm guessing I'm gonna be SOL regarding getting one for the Mac, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try :hs:
