I need ideas on how to work out in the most efficient matter possible.limited time due to work, school, and a million other things.

my goal is mainly weight loss i currently am 6'3'' and 240 lbs

wanna get down to about 200 lbs

I worked out pretty consistently a couple years ago and it took me about 2 years to get down to 200 lbs...i ate pretty good during that time period...didn't drink soda, didn't eat fast food.....

I just naturally have a slower metabolism, i admit i eat like crap right now but wanna start on a workout program again and eating better to loose some weight...

however i dont really wanna spend two years to get to my goal

what would you say the recommended fitness stragety would be to achieve this goal in a shorter time frame

its easily achievable, if you eat a very strict cutting diet, and track your calories, while following a sensible training regime, you can healthily lose a couple of pounds per week. While retaining most of your muscle mass.

But you will have to be dedicated, and 100% strict with it, if you want extraordinary results, only a small effort won't suffice.
