gnp doing the power shrugs
the barbell shrug looks weird the way she does it. to anyone else?
shouldnt it just be one straight up down motion?
that one never works for me
The traps arent just the things you see next to your neck, they run down the back. The way she is doing them is an excellent way to recruit the whole muscle
I wish there was a GHR at my college gym.
