I dont know, insurance for the stang i might get is fucking rediculous for teenagers. I was thinking about swapping the engine in my civic DX that i drive now....make it a track car... Would a 4G63 fit in the bay without cutting? I would make it a sleeper, leave the DX tags on, etc.

How much do you want to spend?

If your cheap go with a junkyard turbo setup. I have a buddy with a EF who runs I think 13.8s with a boosted D15.

  11. please dont drag race a civic.. it's not what they are meant for...

H22 from a prelude will be amazing. it cost a bit more and is a little more difficult to swap in, but it will haul ass.

but really, a b18 or b16 or even b20 will be noticably faster than stock and go in a little easier that the H series.

with an H22, some slicks and an 85 shot of nitrous and you will be in the low 12's already.

if you need a shop to help you, go to whipfactory in Plainfield, IL... my good friend is mechanic and my other friend is the owner.
