I went shopping today and bought a ton of stuff for my weak of cutting. I researched some threads but im still a newbie. So tell me if this is good. This is my early dinner. .

Iceberg Salad with Ranch Fat Free Dressing

One Turkey Burger Patty with ketcup on top.

One Turkey Burger Patty on a bun.

1 1/2 Red Potattos fried on the george foreman grill with alittle salt.

Is this good or something I should cut out?

Im having this with some green tea.

ussualy 3, with 2 extra protein loads between. but i was reading more, and i saved one of the turkey burgers and half the salad for another meal in 2 more hrs . So im going to do 5 meals a day? Im spreading this one out. good idea?

I figured I was bringing in 40-45 grams of protein from 1/2 this dinner. So no point to load in 80-90 grams in one sitting right?
So half now, half in two hrs.

So when cutting I should stay away from all carbs basically? Just protein intake and veggies? All with low fat? I been reading online but Im still kinda lost.

don't worry so much about fat. you could really benefit from reading the NOOB sticky and reading the archives.
