Good diet/ exercise for cutting?

    Height: 6'1...Weight: 190
    bench: 205+ (dont max to often)
    squat: 285+
    pc: 185+
    mile: 6:45-
    1.5 mile 11:00-


    Dietary goals:
    calories: less than 2000 (generally hit between 1800 and 1500)
    carbs: less than 100g
    protein: more than 200g (hitting 160-230)
    main foods: chicken breasts, tuna, apples, bananas, jello, oatmeal, skim milk, eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, goldfish, GNC whey protein, vitamins (lacking veggies though)

    workout
    M,W,F,: upperbody, run 2 miles
    T, R : lowerbody
    Abs generally done on MWF, but usually 4 times a week
    and other outdoor activities as well
