    Fuck you asshole. :madfawk:

Now I am starting to second guess buying a CQB and buying 2 TRPs instead

I try my hardest. He only got 1 of each gun, and I think only has 3 or 4 of them left.

I just emailed to find out if they are actually in stock..or they have to be sent

If they are not in stock, I can't risk not having one

Support your local dealers. Check Gun Galore out first.

I did, last time I was there the milspec was $489. If it was only 10-30 dollars more, I wouldn't mind buying local, but $90+ after tax is a big difference.

That would be a wise decision. CQB's are overrated; glad I sold mine.

Chakup: thanks for the heads up, I've been wanting a 1911 for a while and was going to go with a Rock Island. This deal changed my mind.

Hard to pass up a pistol that retails for 3-400 dollars more elsewhere, and has the rail I want for the TLR-1 I have. I will enjoy having holster choices for my handgun and light, too, without having to get a damn Glock.

  I been wanting a nice 1911 with a rail but I gotta keep my priorities in order, new 9mm and .45 USP before another 1911.

At this price, it might be worth a priority swap. I haven't seen anywhere lower than $999 for these things.

Man, those TRP's sure are tempting...

I've always wanted a 1911 but didn't want to skimp and buy a cheap one and regret it later, this may be one of the rare times I can get a new high quality 1911 for a price like this.

I just called, he said that they're not in stock and he doesn't know when they'll come in and he doesn't know the Springfield production schedule... I said how long do you think it'll be, 1 month? 2 months? and he goes "yeah............." and said I could just send in like a $50 deposit and he'll call when they actually come in.

It actually works out pretty well like this, because i'll be 21 by the time they come in :bigthumb:
