CO for how long and just discovered granola? I call shenanigans!

I avoid granola cause its almost always loaded with sugar.
    yogurt
    cottage cheese
    grape nuts
    ground extra lean turkey
    ground lean pork

instead of drinking diet coke, my GF got me mixing 90% soda water with 10% fruit juice. Delicious.

Yeah I just bought a lb of spinach Monday for like $3-$4, I'm about halfway through with it, shit doesn't feel you up :o

I'm going to get some Mackerals/Saba from work since they're super cheap (well, compared to the fish :o) and I can eat them sashimi style and I'll get good fatty oil from them and they're fkn delicious :yum:

Oh shit sorry haha, my bad. I didn't notice you without an av :o

I train out of Easton BJJ. John? I think I do actually, there was a John that trained at the Denver Academy who was a purple belt, he used to be from NY and I remember he left CO like 6 months ago. He was a nice guy though, very rough in training but good to roll with. I don't remember what car he drove or what his last name was but ask him if he knew an asian kid named Jesse back in CO.
