TV dinner that's damn good and if you don't have alot of time like me to make food. Good for trying to bulk up (i think) good protein and calorie intake.

yeah 10 min and yea trans fat is bad. and its just more convienant than making chicken and eating it thru out the day. and im tryin to bulk and use the cals. I make other meals. im just too lazy to constantly be making meals for myself.

doesnt take long to dice up some chicken, throw it on a wok and pour some teriyaki/peanut/asian sauce of choice on it. much healthier and more lean. boil some pasta if you want to bulk up with the carbs.

    fucking waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

    it's 500 calories. thats a meal. it's almost 40 grams of protein.

you can debate the finer points of the rest, but it's decent protein, and it's a moderate number of calories.
