Good bulking foods/recipes?

    this thread gets made all the time I know... but it seems like people have different shit they like every time so I guess it's time for another one :o post your recipes.






    My current favorite:


    can of Hormel's chili (substitute your favorite) with half a cup of nonfat cottage cheese mixed in AFTER it's hot. This shit is the bomb and really high in protein.

    spaghetti with a pound of ground beef
    garlic bread
    whole milk

    ~ one big meal :bowdown:

    oh shit that sounds delicious. I'm dog sitting for a friend next week and she's vegetarian and always has pasta all around. Definitely going to make spaghetti.

    Yeah, spaghetti sauce and some sort of noodle/ravioli/whatever is nice, you can make pretty healthy spaghetti sauce too, if you use turkey or lean beef.

    Tuna Noodle Casserole is good if you modify the recipes out there to exclude most of the dirty ingredients. It's easy to make, can be packed with tuna, and is easy portable food for taking to work, etc.

    i don't understand how you can't gain weight... i went from super skinny to obese ... just eat ice cream all day long :ugh:
