With flys before incline and flat. I got a question though. Most of the time when I do my set of flys (on the machine) the insides of my arms (armpit area) are what get the most sore. Watsup with that? My elbows are a little lower than shoulder height, and they are bent in a little. Am I doing too much weight? I can hit the 12-15 easy, but when I try to do a drop set, it's my arms that give out first. Any suggestions on that? and

Is starch good or bad for bulking? Theres that whole rumor that dudes get big in jail cause of the startchy diet. Should I wash the whole wheat pasta with water before I eat it or leave the starch?

you might be going too wide where your shoulders have to do most of the work.

I'm 165 if you wanna be exact about it. I'm not worrying, I'm asking. I've learned that if you gonna do something you do it right. Regret is a bitch, know what I mean?

You get an hour of recess a day IF you're lucky. Plus I guarantee they don't exactly have complicated routines nor an abundance of utilities. You get a bench and a small little mini station at my local prison.

And how wide should I go then?

and what do some of them do in their room? read? do pushups/pullups? if you think starch is the magical broly food, go right ahead and stuff yourself every night. give cutler and coleman a call to and tell them something new.

Man you guys are uptight. I said I heard. If I thought it was, wouldn't I do it before asking? I guess you haven't been in prison, because no most of them don't workout in their cells or units. Reading is pretty much what everyone does (if someone sends them shit to read) otherwise they play cards or bullshit all day. I think it's also ironic you bring up pushups and pullups, because countless times on here people scuffed when I said you could get decently big just doing pushups

    i'm a fan of pullups/pushups.

"decently big" for those who might have scuffed at you is 210lbs.+ they might have reacted differently if you said, "can you get to 160-170 just doing pushups?"

prison is for those that have been convicted of a crime, jail is where tehy hold you pending trial. Yes, it can be for up to a year, but you can also serve less than a year in a prison.
