    Hey Guys.
    Any suggestions.
I have a sorta POS camera but some of you have seen my work so I kinda know how to use it.
    But the question is.
any suggestions on how to photograph a police car at night ?
A friend of mine on the force wants me to go take some night-time pictures of his cruiser and Obviously I am gonna take a 1/3 quarter panel shot with my tripod.
    Any other suggestions ? ?
The car is from this police dept and no I did not take this particular picture.
And yes its gonna be same paint scheme. Black and White.

Take one pic with the lights on that has the lights exposed properly, then take another pic with the lights over-exposed and the car correctly exposed then throw it in photoshop and it'll put the two together into one entirely correctly exposed pic. My friend does this ALL the time I'll ask him what function it was.

that's not really HDR but that shitty HDR function in CS2 will work... although you'd get better results IMO if you used layers rather than the automated thing.

well due to the shitty weather here in boston (wind, Rain, Snow) we are gonna try again for next week.
    Some Other Options are the
Heavy Cruiser U.S.S Salem (Google it if u wanna see pics)
and also gonna get him to try to park his cruiser in front of our towns signs that say Welcome to . . .

Any other suggestions again are appreciated.
    Thanks.

Get a suction mount or something that will secure the camera to the side of the car. Set it for a long exposure and slowly roll the car to give that sense of speed?
