Gonna need some advice

    I've got a pretty average build and am looking into starting working out, there's a gym nearby that has a signup special and it was my new year's resolution to get in shape.

    I went and did my first workout today, did bench shoulder raises and curls in the cage, what I wanna know is how do I get a physique like Brad Pitt in fight club for instance? I don't wanna lift heavy, I just want to get toned. High reps low weight right

    They're really long, and I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder, those guys are way too huge. I just want to be shredded like Brad Pitt or ryan reynolds, but not really as big as ryan

    obviously this is fake, but was a great, ahahahahhahahahahahhahaha for the night.

    srsly, here is what u do.
    work every muscle group for 5 mins a day (doing sticky exercises) get fuckin swole like a body builder in 1 month or so, then stop working out until u shrink down to the physique you want. from there hit the gym once a wk for about 20 mins on wednesday to maintain.

    I just think somebody could have a higher aspiration, ryan reynolds seems odd

    It's all relative. If you're anywhere near that physique (or higher), then yes shoot for more.

    If you're 300lbs @ 30% bodyfat then that's a great goal.

    still quite a bit bigger than a 170lb ryan reynolds.
