    Goal: 190 lbs and a lot of sexy.
    1500 calories a day
    Cardio 3 times a week
    Weights 3 times a week



    Food



    Breakfast:

    1 low carb tortilla
    1 whole egg
    3 egg whites


    Lunch:

    1 chicken breast
    1 serving of whole wheat spagetti
    1 cup of marinaria sauce
    1 whole wheat pida bread
    1 bellpepper
    1/2 an onion


    Dinner:

    2 packages of instant oatmeal


    Workout:

    30 min. cardio

    2 italian low carb flat breads
    1 chicken breasts
    1 cup of maranaria sauce
    2 ounces of cheese

    1/4 of a chicken

    Multi-Vitamin

    1500 calories or less. I'm going to be strict on myself. I actually feel great I've been on my diet like a week. I used to feel so bogged down everyday because I hate so much.

    I woke up at 4:00 p.m. today so I didn't really have time to eat lunch.:rofl:

    that much of a severe caloric deficit is going to harm your gains in the long run. it might feel good right now - but that comes with the territory of getting yourself on a new plan. once that plan becomes routine, its a whole different ball game.

    oh well ate like 1700 calories today, I went to the movies, so I ate cornuts instead of a whole bag of popcorn.

    Food


    BreakFast:

    3 low carb tortillas
    2 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    1 cup of homemade pico de gallo

    Snack:

    2 bags of cornuts. 450 calories, so not too bad


    Dinner:

    2 italina flat breads 180 cals
    2 chicken breasts 300 cals
    1/2 cup of marinaria sauce 90 cals
    2 ounces of cheese 200 cals
    1/2 can chunked pinapple 50 cals

    =810 calories

    Supplements

    Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Borage Oil All in one pill
    Multi-Vitamin


    Workout

    2 chicken thighs
    1 corn on the corn
    5 cups of broccoli


    Dinner:
    1 lb of plain brisket with some homemade low=carb barbque sauce

    Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Borage Oil All in one pill
    Multi-Vitamin

    I am finally regular after being on this diet for over a week. I go once in the morning when I wake up and once in the afternoon. But I am really dragging ass. I feel like sleeping all day, its hard for me to get up in the morning. I havn't cheated on my diet yet, so I'm pretty proud of that. Im go to walmart today and step on a scale to see how much I weight. Hopefully I losee 2 lbs, that my goal weight to lose every week.

    1 cup of pico de gallo

    none


    Lunch:
    Grilled Chicken Breast
    1/2 grilled onion
    1 low carb pita

    :eek3:, im severly obese, I need to lose weight. And if I lose a little bit more muscle than I want too, thats fine with me right now. I can always put it back on when I get to my target weight.

    sigh.


    Im just eating whole food instead of eating meal replacement bars or drinks. When I get to a certain weight I will increase my calories and my physcial activity.

    Still pretty much eating oatmeal, chicken and veggies. I've been busy so I havnt been updating it.

    yeah i took some before pics but im not going to post till i reach my goal weight. Then youll can laugh at my moobs when i was a fatty.

    Depression has hit me hard. I have lost another 5 lbs so 20 lb total weight loss. The depression has me tired every day, even though I have begun to eat more, just less carbs. My family is starting to get worried a little bit about me.......

    You can loss weight the right way 1500cals is way to low. Try to be at 2000cals and keep the protein high.

    are you still working out with the same frequency and intensity? for how long?
    if you were sedentary before and made lots of drastic changes at once, maybe you're overdoing it?

    are you getting depressed or perhaps just discouraged because of lack of results?

    No results are great. Personal life has got me depressed. Exercise has gone down a little bit, but when I workout I feel pretty good, but then get in a slump a couple hours later. I workout like 30-45 minutes, 15 of it being cardio. Im eating more, more like 2000 calories, but eating less carbs and more protien. I usually eat a bowl of ceral in the morning, then later some eggs and egg whites, then some chicken and veggies, and for dinner a steak and a couple small red potatoes.
