Fuck was taking it easy the past two weeks with all this chaos in my life. Haven't went for my run in 2 weeks nor went to any practices and now I gotta start up again today. Any tips on how to overcome conditioning? I can honestly feel a slight difference in my cardio when I went for a light job this morning. I am pretty sure I'm gonna get fucking destroyed in my spar after class too. My buddy that has a decent stand up even text me this morning to "don't forget your mouthguard" So now I'm getting mentally psyched out LOL. This is the first time since I've started that I had any break and I totally feel so uncomfortable about todays meet. I'm just gonna try my best to stay calm in the pocket and go from there, I just hope I don't gas out or get asthma before I get to the spar section . I'll post pictures if I come back home today all fucked up.
