GOMAD diet for bulking?

    6 eggwhites 2 yolks
    3/4 cup oatmeal water or 1% milk
    one scoop whey protein
    meal2
    can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian dressing(olive oil)
    meal 3
    6-8oz chicken
    5oz sweet potato
    1/2 cup green beans
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    meal 4
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup rice
    light italian (olive oil)
    train
    meal 5
    2 scoops whey, 1 gatorade
    meal 6
    6-8oz sirloin or steak
    large dinner salad with red wine vinegar/olive oil

    it worked for me on half gallon a day...easy way for extra calories. just make sure its whole milk

    I try to drink a half "GOMAD" but I put in 4 scoops of whey each morning. It's an extra 450 or-so calories on top of the 1200 from the milk...Four meals a day with 500 cals of solid food and a 16 ounce glass of your milk + whey and you're over 3600 cals. Makes bulking much easier.

    I might try drinking a half gallon a day, even though I'm slowly gaining already on a pretty clean diet. I think my main concern is my form though, as it should be. A friend of mine did in fact gain a ton of weight drinking whole milk (and I guarantee he didn't even eat that big either) but I've said this before, I wasn't happy with his results. He's a lot bigger but he looks kind of gross and fatty in my opinion

    I've got a bet going on with my ultra-skinny cousin.

    He's convinced that he "cant put on weight, regardless how much he eats". I promissed him he'll put on weight on GOMAD. Now, he doesn't work out so it will be mostly fat - but he can use some of that so its okay.

    Best results I ever had was from pinning organic whole milk into my delts.

    even with working out a ton i was seeing fat around my midsection on an extra 1/2 gallon of whole milk per day... i enjoyed drinking the milk no doubt, but the fatness around my midsection was a suck.

    I drink a ton of a milk, not a gallon but about a half gallon and it doesn't give me the shits. In fact, it makes them nice and solid. Sounds like you guys are lactose intolerant

    I'm doing this right now and I'm not gaining any weight;I'm staying pretty levelled @ 181 and 6'1". I was thinking after 4-6 months of this do GOMAD and go back to the diet mentioned.

    1.5 cups of oats
    2 cups of rice
    10oz chicken
    10oz sweet potato
    2 cups green beans
    4tbs olive oil

    thats like an extra 2k cals. you'll gain

    in moderation milk is obviously ok but if you commit to a gallon a day it's too much sugar and fat.

    if you were eating 7 or 8k a day and not gaining then milk might be a good idea for you, but if you are only eating the sticky diet just add more food.

    invest in a food scale if you don't have one you might not be eating as much as you think you are.

    the type of sugar in milk is lactose. it might not be the worst sugar out there but it's still a simple sugar.
