    Shrugs - 4x12
    BB Bench -5x5
    Incline Flys -3x6
    Flat Flys -3x6
    Pull Overs - 3x6

    Legs
    Box Squat - 5x5
    Front Squat or Leg Press - 3x6
    SLDL -3x6

    Shoulders/Arms
    Shoulder Press - 3x6
    Rear Delt Row - 3x6
    Upright Row - 3x6
    Curls - 3x6
    Hammer Curls - 3x6
    Skull Crushers - 3x6
    BB Triceps Extension - 3x6

    When I get my Belt in I will most likely go 2x2 on Squats, and DL

    so 266 reps for back/chest, 85 reps for legs, and 246 for shoulders/arms :ugh:

    Why are you make your own routine? Just do something someone less stupid has made.. Max OT is good if you're into bodypart splits.
