The last few weeks i've picked up running again and it feels great, both mind and body, like I used to in highschool. Since i'm running again, why not go further? I've been doing push-ups and sit-ups everyday and now moving into the gym at college, which is great. I've always wanted to get in shape and now i'm doing it. My one big beef with myself is i've always had a flabby mid-section, no matter what I ate, or did excercise-wise. A friend of mine who was severely overweight lost quite a bit of weight by going vegetarian, and i've been considering it. What are the pros and con's to going vegetarian and will it help me achieve a more toned mid-section? I'm looking it up on my own but just wanted to see what ot'ers think.
