i used to go before i started college but my work and school schedule did not work out so i could go to the gym. Starting tomorrow i'm going Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. i am at around 270 (i know i'm a fatty):wtc: now. I was close to 250 when i was in the gym loosing more weight everyday. What are some good ways of getting back into the swing of things at the gym/eating right(i always drink water).

Just do it, you either have the motivation or you don't.

its not a problem of motivation because i have been wanting to go ever since i quit i felt so much better after a nice workout but i remember when i first started going the first few times i was real sore after. I have work after i plan on going to the gym is there anything i can do in order to keep from getting sore at work? I know most of it stretch before working out and jog/stretch after but is there anything else?
