i used to go before i started college but my work and school schedule did not work out so i could go to the gym. Starting tomorrow i'm going Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. i am at around 270 (i know i'm a fatty) now. I was close to 250 when i was in the gym loosing more weight everyday. What are some good ways of getting back into the swing of things at the gym/eating right(i always drink water).
