I was wondering about how oftem most of you guys visit the gym? I just joined about a month and a half ago, and I go about 5-6 days a week. Is this to much to visit the gym? My main problem is im really confused on the order in which I should do things. As in talking about the combination as in back and tri's one day, chest and biceps another day, I dont know the proper order to get the best results. I just started doing cardio, but i dont want to over due that at all. My current specs when I started are horrible and are not much better Age. 23 height 6'2" weight 155 Current all the same except i weigh a little more 163, still horrible.
