I just got over a cold and fever that had me out of commission for a good week.

I no longer have any cold symptoms so I figured it would be fine to hit up the gym. I've been taking it relatively easy, but I noticed that my body is really cold during my entire workout and I sweat profusely. Also, preworkout supplements don't seem to have any effect either, I just can't get the usual intense energy I have when working out.

Anyone ever go through something similar? I'm not overly exhausted when working out, my body is just freakin cold and my body doesn't seem to release the endorphins which usually make me feel positive and enjoy my workout.
