gonna go get a bench set. any suggestions what else?

gonna start off with 200 pound max (im only 110 pounds) then slowly add on as i get bigger.

also im not getting a gym set yet. so i need a plan setup on what i can do with the equipment i have.

if u can help write some stuff here (not a plan) just what exercises i can do to work most of the body parts i have here.

    What?

If you are going to buy your own equipment buy only olympic sized stuff. Standard sized stuff is a waste of money. As for what to do.. READ THE STICKIES.

oh and prepare to get flamed to hell and back.

Spend the money on a gym membership, or save to do it right with a power rack + oly barbell + weights + benches. Really tho, I'd just get a membership to somewhere and accept it as just another bill that you pay every month.

Olympic sized equipment is only a little bit more expensive. Why save a few bucks now just to spend more later?
