Going to try a spread out ECY...

Any reason I shouldn't get Y-HCI vs. the topical? I'd prefer orally, but wasn't sure if there was a difference in performance..

And someone explain the difference between Yohimbe and Yohimbine?

I read through the cluster fuck of a thread in the archives, but that thread is a joke.

Youhimbe is the plant yohimbine comes from, where yohimbine is the active ingredient. Same concept as ephedra/ephedrine.

Y by itself is useless in my opinion but if you're doing the whole spread across with EC thing, you'll feel it, probably moreso with an oral than a topical, but both have worked for me.

I never knew what was in redline that made it work. I take the liquid gel stuff. 1 tbsp before workout, that shit jacks me up!!! I was just happy that I could get amped without using ephedrine.

ok, well ephedrine is an appetite suppressant and a stimulant and doesnt have a direct effect on fat, though it will obviously increase the rate at which it burns by increasing your metabolic rate..

yohimbine on the other hand is an a2 antagonist which actively disables a2 receptors and allows for the mobilization of 'stubborn' fat areas that typically will not go away due to the high saturation of a2 receptors in that specific area.
