Hey, I got my first competition on sat. Any advice? I have been doing west side for about 5 months now. My DL has gone up and so has my squat but my bench hasn't. I think I need to do board presses. I have also been cutting to try and lose some fat, since I read that to make alot of strength gains you gotta gain weight. So in the fall I plan to try to get up to 215 for the next competition that will be in Oct.
