*Suggestions* for Cingular compatible phone? Going to Asia, hoping to get a good quadband GSM phone for cheap. *Suggestions? *

    Looking for:
    1. Candybar style (sliders OK but prefer not)
    2. Bluetooth (for handsfree)
    3. Speakerphone
    4. Voice dial
    5. Excellent reception/voice quality of course
    6. Hopefully ~$200 USD

I do NOT want a flip phone. I PREFER no camera, mp3 player, or radio, or any other gadget, but will tolerate it if phone is good.

    *Suggestions?*

    Considering
    Nokia 6230 (GSM 850, 1800, 1900, $239)
Motorola SLVR L2 (quad band, free)
Motorola SLVR L6 (quad band, $124)
    Motorola SLVR L7 (quadband, $269)
    Sony Ericsson W600i (quadband, $249)
    Sony Ericsson W810i (quadband, $374)

Most are overfeatured & overpriced for me.

I don't think it has speakerphone, and I'm not sure if it has bluetooth. I need speakerphone once a week for work conference meetings....

I agree; N73 is super nice....but I think it's a little feature overkill for me. I don't need pda features or a dedicated keyboard...

a lil offtopic, but why is Samsung called ANYCALL in East Asia (China, Hong Kong, etc), and called Samsung anywhere else?
