Going to drink thursday night, prepare myself

    I've been working out for almost 3 years
    I'm 5'11 170 11%bf maybe a little less

    Anyways I started off 3 years ago weighing 123 and 5'11 So I started eating everything that I could, and got up to 148 after a year. Couldnt gain much after that until I completely cut out drinking and started eating perfect. I got up to 174 9 months later at 7% bf

    I cracked my knee cap, and couldnt do squats for about 8 months, and sure enough I started losing weight, I started only going to the gym when I had freetime. It became a hobby rather than a lifestyle. This weight loss was very emotional and I started drinking heavily everyday. I was down to 150 and 15% bodyfat Been sober for about 2 weeks now and hitting the gym hard. My lifts have dropped substantially but I'm at about 80% now of what I was doing in my prime.

    I just want to know what I should do before I drink, can I work out that day, and then drink at night?
    I'm taking celltech and no xplode right now, and not sure I should mix CE3 with alcohol

    yeah go have fun... why do you want to be lean and muscular looking anyways?

    i hear getting lean takes few weeks here

    i started working out since my cholesterol was high and i never want to see those numbers again... if you look good as a result, cool but live your life

    go enjoy yourself, the way life was ment to be lived. Just dont go and try to do legs tom if you have a strong hangover, or you will feel hell.

    im not going to drink for a very long time, could not stop throwing up last night, woke up at 10 ate a piece of wheat bread, went back to sleep, threw up bile, and continued to throw up bile every half hour or so, could not hold any food or water down until 10pm after work, 26 hours later and I'm feeling slightly better, my stomach is in intense pain still.

    everyone on here is so concerned about small stuff. the most important thing is consitancy. I have gotton drunk at least twice a week for the past 6 years and I feel fine. could I be bigger and stronger, probably but lifting is not the only thing in my life.
