Hey guys, I dont post in here much but back when the cage wasnt around Id leg hump all the MMA threads I could find. Anyways Im going to be starting mma soon, in the next 2 weeks. Just waiting on my next cheque before I begin. I havnt done anything in about a year and a half. I had 2 years experiance in Wrestling and about a couple months in Kickboxing. The gym Ill be worken out of is www.thefightpit.com in Maple Ridge BC. Ill be doing Wrestling, Kickboxing, and MMA through there so Im pretty stoked. Im just worried about starting out cause I havnt been to a gym in a long ass time and right now its just waiting on getten the money to go. So any advice on a rusted out wrestler?
