I'm going to hopefully try out some of their programs. They offer some of everything and i've mostly just been considering the BJJ and Muay Thai. I think they're in between Muay Thai instructors right now and their BJJ instructor is a brown belt that seems to have accomplished alot. Thier program is $119 / month for up to 4 sessions a week.

What are some benefits to each style that you've encountered and which choice would you make and why?

$119 for only 4 sessions is expensive as fuck IMO. Should be unlimited classes for that much.

What other classes do they offer? $119 seems a bit but if its a good gym with decent instructors itd be worth it.

good luck, but 114 monthly for only 4 classes a week is too much.

If you are trying for free, I say go for it. But before you sign any contracts try and find some other gyms to compare it too. Preferbly some cheaper ones.

My gym is 125 a month (month to month) or 95 a month with a year contract. That is unlimited classes, use of the gym whenever it's open, and access to the fitness room. Unlimited classes for me is 13-14 sessions per week.

Learn to read guys it's 4 session a WEEK. So he could do 16 sessions a month for $120 which aint really that bad.

I suggest doing it if you have the time.

4 classes per week, especially at a place that teaches more than one thing, isn't much at all.

Yeah 4 sessions are available minimum per discipline plus open mat times. Its $169 to do anything, everything, come and go as you please. I went today and did the muay thai and went straight into bjj. Enjoyed both of them and i'm going to sign up for one or the other until schools out then i'll probably do both. I'll definatley be hurting in the morning.
