less than what anyone will let one go for. Just go to walmart or Big5 or something to get one.

IF you are going to change the stock and barrel get a used one, if not just buy a new one

If mine keeps pissing me off, I might be selling it

Oh man, is there a show in Phx? I should go. :o I want to try a VMII on.

I got my carbine with a scope at crossroads for 135 if I remember correctly. This was in 02 though. :hs:

I'd try to pay as little as I could. If I could score a rusted/beaten up one for < $100, I'd be all over it.

The receivers are alloy, and thus fend corrosion well. The barrels can be replaced for little $$, as well can the stock. If you can't find one there, be sure to check the local pawn shops, as I've had good luck there from time to time.

we have a "Joe's" Sporting Goods here. I think it use to be called GI Joes.

Anyways, they always have them on sale. I believe I bought mine for $180 before taxes. It was the basic, cheapest version.
