going back to the gym now

    Started working out again after leaving an active job now at a desk. Quick question, I'm starting to work my way back up again but have a problem with leg machines, ones where you are pushing weight out straight or down to the floor. My legs shake/vibrate and it isn't as if I can't do the weight, theres no burn.. just my legs shake a bit. Don't remember this happening much a few years ago. Thanks.

    isn't shaking due to weak stabilizers? my legs shake sometimes doing leg extensions

    i'd do less weight until i had a smooth stroke.

    i almost always shake in my first rep of almost anything with weight. it goes away after a single set or warm-up
