Going back to the gym after three weeks

    Vacation, hurricane ike, and no power all had something to do with this.

    Usually I have a set program in which I concentrate on a specific body part(s) per workout. But since it's been about three weeks, I am wondering what I should do to finish off the week.

    Should I just start the workout with the bodypart(s) that I usually have for the day, or should I just do a more overall workout to finish off the week?

    if you fuck up the end of the week workout. your monday workout will be fucked as well. you should think long and hard before you make a decision on this.

    youve probably lost everything you ever gained, i would probably just stop lifting after 3 weeks of no training. thats suicide.

    let me ask the question differently.

    Today is usually legs and abs for me. But I haven't worked out in 3 weeks. Should I start with legs and abs and continue on my old schedule or should I do a total body workout in the span of 2-3 days? Either way I figure to do lighter weight to ease me back into the fold.
