Going back to a 'proper' gym for first time in awhile

    Was working with a personal trainer for awhile and now going back to a regular gym.

    What tips can you give me so I don't make a douche of myself (well, more than I do naturally) :o :hsd:

    First thing you can do after reading the stickies is quit being a raiders fan. That'll drop your douche level 100 fold.

    Just go work out and stop caring what other people think about you. As long as you're on a solid program and the broly guys can see that, you'll be respected for trying.

    This is what I did yesterday, or tried to.

    I started with a body part I felt comfortable with (chest) and got four or five exercises in with four sets each.

    Now I need to work in the stuff I feel less confident doing properly (back mostly).
