Goin on vacation, gonna be away from the weights

    For about a week. Should I worry about what to do to keep in shape? I was planning on pushups and situps with waking and before bed. Just gonna be in a beachouse with no gym for 100 miles or so :hsd: Total will be about 8 days away from the weights. I have the food part down, gonna buy lots of eggs, milk, cheese and we're fishing there so we'll have lots of fish to eat :yum:

    8 days is nothing, enjoy your vacation and get back on routine in a week

    :hs: I just feel really guilty and weak when I dont lift. My buddy I lift with said its ok to take a week off every so often

    dude youre on vacation for a week, vacations are for fun, not for watching food intake and making sure you go to the gym
