I think broly gods has put barricades my DB bench limit... I cannot surpass 80's... i can only do it max 3 times... :wtc: Its been 4 weeks now.. and i do chest twice a week...

    I gained more weight atleast.. 5'11@ 157lbs...

Eating more doesn't give me more energy.. it makes me tired to quick actually.. :eek3:

first time i started to do bb benching was this summer in syria. figured it would be easier to just throw some plates on the bar than have to find out which db i can use. first couple days at that gym, i had a calculator trying to convert everything into lbs

but ya, just start doing bb. before i left, i could do the 100s (db) for 2-3 reps. when i started doing bb, i found that i was repping ~155lbs for 12 reps. which was kinda embarrassing, but whatever.

There's something terribly wrong with doing 100s on dumbells and 155 on barbell bench.
