Going on 24 hours of downtime for our VDS through Godaddy. Only explanation they give is we went over our disk space and are waiting on a "SR Level Sys Admin" to approve an increase in disk space. Anyone else experience issues? Any tips on getting this resolved? We've called numerous times and they are giving us the run around and different answers each time. Thanks in advance for help/suggestions.

The second we are back up we will be migrating everything to Liquid Web.

    Update:

VDS completely down for 30 hours. Their only response is: "Your server won't boot up"

We are now talking to a "Floor supervisor" (not sure what this guy does) and are trying to get his supervisor, which is next to impossible.

We have had 8 customers leave us because of this downtime the last 30 hours.

We've had a bank, marketing company, consulting firm, and a few misc clients.

We finally got in touch with a "President of Operations :jerkit: " who said they will just now start to put our backups on another server as well as try to "fix" our VDS not booting up.

Your using GoDaddy to service your clients? :noes: That's really bold.

Not my decision, but yes I agree. We already have a Liquid Web VPS (my decision) setup and ready to migrate when this is resolved
