v. alligator walks, monky swings, wall climbs, crab walk... do them one footed/one handed once you get good at regular style.
the bear is when you:
2: put the bar behind your neck and squat
4: front squat
all one motion
I thought it was clean -> front squat -> press -> back squat -> press -> repeat
