God I forgot how much I love squatting

    I quit for awhile to work on upper body (bro thing to do I know)

    But I did a full leg day for the first time in about a month in a half last thursday and they're still kinda sore, I could barely walk up stairs on saturday (didn't help I was drunk)

    Squatting is almost as fun as DL's

    I try to like leg days, but it doesn't happen. Most dreaded day of the week for me.

    you actually like doing legs ? :ugh: i hate that shiat with a passion. Only reason i'm doing it is so that my entire body stays proportional so i dont become mr.upperbody. I cant even bend down to put my socks on sometimes b/c of the ridiculous DOMS. Something that takes 1 second to pickup normally takes 10 seconds when your leg is sore to the bone.

    :werd: Once there starts to be a good amount of weight on the bar, my "love" for that shit stops. It's cool to get stronger, but leg day is by far my least favorite because of how spent I am when I get home.

    Come on fellas, Mon-Heavy squats & Miyaki High pulls, Tues-really light squats to stop ubber soreness, Wed-Over-head squats (niggas gotta snatch) & Clean High pulls,Thurs-off, Fri-Heavy front squats and heavy CDLs.

    squats aren't fun but i don't dread them anymore..at least not when the wrists and 'bows aren't hurting

    Since I do them at the beginning of my workout I don't hate them, cause I'm fresh. It's the lunges and RDLs and stuff I do after that I hate... dizzy and pouring sweat ftl but its necessary.

    too bad i tore my quad and can't do them for another month :(

    Yeah love my legs now-a-days. Was never a legs man, but now it's the fun part of the week. Squat/DL combo ... now that's fun!

    Now that I'm pushing out some decent weight and making gains it a lot more fun. Wish I wasn't still scared of dropping a squat on a low rack!

    i hate bb squats less than i hate bulgarian split squats. i hate bulgarian split squats less than i hate pistols. i hate pistols more than front squats but more than hack squats.
