Keeping it simple. Brother has very limited lifting exprience but needs to get his bench up for college lacrosse. I'm telling him to keep it simple (protein, multi, CEE) and hard work and he'll be fine. He's got nasty raw skill and good endurance so even if he's a bit short it won't kill him (despite being a top 15 DIII school). His friend told him to take 17-Hydroxy-Mesterone, and I've been looking at info on it but I'm a pretty big retard when it comes to the science of supplements (besides the most common ones). I told him to STFU and keep it simple for obvious reasons but I know in 11 days when he's at school he'll just buy it unless there's a good reason for him not to be on it. I'm drilling good knowledge into him but 1/2 his friends are on juice and spend their money on USELESS SHIT and tell him to also. I really just DON'T want him taking something that would come up on an NCAA drug test. I've googled and pubmed but I suck at both so. Thanks in advance.
