God, fitday is a badass

    Makes analyzing your intake so much fucking easier then spreadsheets or a bunch of notes of what you eat. :coolugh:

    once all your regular foods are in there it's pretty sweet.

    I tried using their general nutrition info a couple of times though and it ridiculously underestimates or misrepresents macros for foods sometimes.

    once u customize the entries its good to go

    But i eat alot of east indian food and don't really know how to put them into fitday so i usually end up leavin that blank


    i hope theres a fitday mobile comin out soon
     
  4. Fitday for iPhone would be sweet. :eek3:

    I just started using it this week so I need to type in all of my meats, breads, pasta, rice and all that jazz into it when I'm not busy.

    Usually you can google it... punch the specific food and calories right after.
    While recipes vary...may give you a rough estimate.
    I just punched in crispy beef which I'm having for lunch... one site had it at 489 calories/ 32g fat/ 41g carbs and only 11g protein. Not much beef I guess.:hs:

    1/4 of the time, a food is right as far as macros go.

    i've been sending those fuckers emails about it for months. never anything back though. it would probably cut into their "PC Desktop" sales :greddy:

    very true, never thought about that. I guess a rough estimate is alot better then not entering it.
